23,000-acre BLM riparian conservation area along the Gila River and its tributaries, straddling Greenlee and Graham counties. Includes Riverview Campground (13 units, potable water) and Owl Creek Campground (7 units) as developed sites, plus primitive camping and multiple river float points.

Access Notes

23,000-acre BLM-managed riparian conservation area along the Gila River and its tributaries, straddling Greenlee and Graham counties. Greenlee-County (east) access is via US-191 north from Safford to milepost 160, then the Black Hills Back Country Byway.
